My name is Jillian Rose! I am slow and steady in my learning ability but can and do learn. I understand some hand signals too... even though I'm not deaf. I am a happy little dog with a heart of gold. I try to do the best I can with the potty outside stuff and am getting better. I love the yard and have some special doggie friends here too. I would love a Mama and Papa of my own though. I do have hydocephalic which is water on the brain, but it doesn't seem to be an issue.
